Landmark is well known for producing excellent Chardonnays.  This example is proof they still have their touch.

The winery was founded in 1974 by Demarais Deere, a direct descendant of the famous John Deere, and moved to the current location in 1989.  Their dedication to quality brought renowned enologist Helen Turley to work with winemaker Stern and a growing reputation for reliable excellence.

The Overlook Chardonnay is the wine they are best known for and has been named to the The Wine Spectator Top 100 list six times since 1997.  The 2003 has a golden hue,  well-balanced fruit, and lemon-citrus overtones.  Should pair well with seafood, chicken dishes, and pasta with cream sauces.
